# Terms of Use

These terms apply to spiritroom.app and to early-access requests made through it. Spirit Room is built by Probe Labs, operated by GoReplay LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

## Early access

Spirit Room is in early access and is not generally available. Features, prices and availability may change or stop at any time. Submitting a pilot request does not create a contract or guarantee a pilot slot. Any paid pilot will be covered by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

## Site content

Product screens, numbers and animations on this site are illustrative examples, not measured results. Nothing on the site is a promise of a specific outcome.

## Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or its endpoints. In particular, don't:

- submit false, test or someone else's details without permission;
- send spam or automated bulk submissions;
- try to break, overload, probe or bypass the site's security;
- use the site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

AI agents may use the documented endpoints on behalf of a person who has asked them to, following /for-agents.md.

## Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, code and the Spirit Room name belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site. You keep all rights to the information you send us, and you give us permission to use it to respond to you and provide what you asked for.

## No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to USD 100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Armenia, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
